Barbecoa are running a short rib cooking challenge over the weekend.

Anyone on here doing this? It's being judged on Monday.

Thanks then I can show them to my butcher. The only short ribs I ever knew of (34+ years ago) were the top sections of rib roasts which were tied up and know as "Oven-busters".

You're too much of a gent for that type of shenanigans :) I'm really looking forward to it. Something a bit different, makes me wish I'd cooked dino ribs a bit more often though
