How many sets of judges are there?

There is one set of 6 judges, so everything will be judged on a level playing field, this will include 2 who are new to the Society, but experienced to BBQ.

I'll be sure to doggy bag you some leftovers, That's the only problem after a comp...Brisket and pork butties for work for the next 3 weeks.
