I've foiled with it I haven't injected it, if anyone has it would be Simon. I've never had enough of the cider to "waste" on a butt :D

It's my pork butt injecting liquid of choice along with some L&P and JD.

Sweet cider is best IMHO.

Traditional Cyder makes a great injection for Pork and is a good spritz and foiling juice IMHO. Also fantastic for thinning sauces.
Best of both worlds, get to eat it and drink it

I'm thinking you need to run a Cyder making class as well! :) Or at least make an ebook on it! Do you have a bought apple press or one you've made?

They sent out invoices to teams in November which had to be paid in December for both Bristol & Manchester so if you've not heard anything or had an invoice i'd guess you've not got in this year or on a waiting list.

Grillstock fills up quick, most of the spaces had already been booked before they even announced it.

Hi Ed,

Sorry i should have stated - I had an invoice in november and paid it and sent off the form during November.

I've been emailing since to try and get a confirmation that both were received.

Joe.
