Shrimp ala Klose

Get Jumbo shrimp (Preferably 10 to 16 count) Leave tail on.

Butterfly and de-vein the Shrimp and wash thoroughly

Add stone claw or regular crab meat to groove in shrimp

Flatten chicken tender strip with mallet before slicing into ¼” thick by 3”or 4” long.

Lay on top of crab meat.

Wrap unfattened part of Maple smoked bacon around outside of chicken & shrimp.

Pin together with a toothpick.

Marinade 45 minutes to an hour in red wine

1/2 cup teriyaki sauce

1/2 cup worchestershire sauce

¼ cup soy sauce

1 cup brown sugar.

One can Coca Cola

Burn coals to white first.

Add any bbq seasoning lightly when grilling.

Grill over coals & apple chunks about 8 minutes for an exceptional taste experience

When Bacon turns opaque, it’s all done.
