Blazing Creole Slaw

Blazing Creole Slaw

Ingredients

I kg. Sliced white cabbage
1/2 green pepper, chopped
2 stalks celery, chopped
4 red onions, sliced
1/2 cup slivered almonds, toasted
1/2 cup sesame seeds, toasted
1 kg. Ramen Noodles, beef flavour stock
3/4 cup vegetable oil
3 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons rice vinegar

Instructions
Put first 6 ingredients in large bowl--mix--set aside
Mix oil, sugar, vinegar, and packet mix together in small bowl. Let stand for at least an hour.
Just before serving add crushed up dry noodles and dressing to cabbage, toss.

and enjoy!

Is that 1Kg of dry packet noodles?
How many packets would that be?
Do you mean like the pot noodle stuff with the flavour sachet in the pack?
I love slaw and want to try something new but I was just wondering about the quantities.
I think I need a beer.

lol i reckon pot noodle might be a bit crunchy
