You may be my new hero Steve, do you know which of the 5 it is, I'm guessing No. 7 as it comes in two sizes?

I think you're right. Ages ago a friend of mine who worked at TGI liberated some for me but I can't remember what the label was. I just remember buying the same stuff from American Sweets some time after. I bet you can find out on google somewhere though

When you click on the link on their site they mention that it's the same stuff that TGI's brush on their ribs, will order some tomorrow and give it a go at the weekend, it's got to be better than the JD stuff that Tesco and Sainsbury sell

The JD stuff in the supermarkets is foul :!:

Some of the others American Sweets do are good too. My mate is really partial to Sweet Baby Ray's, I think their honey and chipotle one is the best.

Hey, this is a find! I'm in the States and have found Jack Daniels No. 7 to be the dead ringer for sauce used on a local restaurant's ribs that a Scottist friend loves. He now buys several bottles each visit to take back to Scotland because he can't find them in his stores. Anyone have the link for American Sweets?

Has to be Old Texas BBQ Sauce, just taste's so good.

Supermarket's over here need to stock more, I got a Bud bbq sauce form costco and it was to thick for me it you know what a mean, i like sauce to be just sauce, no bits floating around in them. I actually like the HP woodsmoke sauce to, pretty much use it all the time as ordering online sauce's can get expensive.

on another note, my local Tesco has started sell Dave's Insanity Sauce again
