Carolina Vinegar Sauce

This sauce goes great with pulled pork it has a nice amount of sweet & heat with the tang from the Vinegar


cider vinegar 250ml
water 1/4th of a cup
red pepper flakes 1/2 a table spoons (4 grams)
cup sugar 1 table spoon
Worcestershire 1/4 table spoon
kosher salt 1/4 table spoon
black pepper 1/4 table spoon
ketchup 120 ml

nice one ed, love Vinegar, love chilli, going to try this.

One bit I did forget to add was that the sauce needs to simmer for about 20 mins or so to reduce.
