I just use UK stuff, not sure it worth the price of the imported stuff.

What do you competition guys do when you go to the US? Take your own spices, or do you use local stuff?

Judging from the pictures we've seen in the past they take at least 1 extra suitcase and stuff it full of rubs & sauces to bring back
