I know rubs can be kept in air tight containers for up to a year. I read that as long as yiu can smell it you can taste it. Obviously I think the year would be probably too long anyway if u made up a big batch of a marinade that was contaminated with raw meat do you reckon tiu could freeze it in suitable containers fir. Good few months?
