Anyone got a Pork Butt marinade recipe?

Just started a cook and realized that I have 4 bottles of Stubb's beef marinade and none for pork - d'oh.
Any one got a decent home version recipe so I can just knock one up myself?

Never used a wet marinade for pork butt (I use dry rub left overnight and inject sweet cider, L&P & JD just before going in the grill), but I noticed that the ingredients to Stubbs Pork Marinade contains lemongrass, ginger and soy sauce, which is a good starting point.

Be interested in hearing peoples marinades too, I'm finding all the recipes I follow at the moment all taste very very similar!
