Simple rub good for ribs & chicken

Hi,

This is my favourite rub which i've been using this year.

More hot than sweet.

Sadly i can't claim to have created this myself but i hope others will enjoy this as much i have.

Ingredients:
1 cup Sugar
1/2 cup Coarse Salt
1 tbs. Garlic Powder
1 tbs. Cayenne Powder
1 tbs. Ground Cumin
3-4 tbs. Paprika
1 tbs.Pepper
1 tsp. Ground Celery Seeds

Just mix it together in a bowl and it's done.
