Brilliant idea, but don't you have to get it up to some ferocious temps???? Good luck, seasoned & smoked chicken, blasted to crispness in a tandoor!!! :D

My Neighbour cooks in an Indian kitchen and says his Tandoor oven is lit almost 24/7 and the air intake is pumped through with an electric air pump to maintain temps of 700F and upward to 900F lol :D Anything in that will certainly be crispy Mmmmmmmm chicken kebabs on skewers ;)
