OK, i now realise that there are better smokers out there, but about 8 years ago i found an end of season bargain, a Smoke n Pit in Makro that was just over £100.

I ued this for a couple of years, then visited a shop in St Austell and bought the SnP Pro, with the firebox.

I use my SnPs all year round, with alot during the summer, obviously, but in several winters past, i used to decorate houses with Christmas illuminations for charity, and have switch on evenings to raise money for those charities, and these switch on nights would include BBQ'd food, which would normally be turkey crowns and pork joints..... And i has also done a few Christmas day BBQs too, ok, its an early start, but probably the best Christmas meats i have eaten!!

I now have several friends that use my services throughout the year inclding one friend, Nathan, who has two, one in the summer, and one during the run up to Christmas... love it!!

Last Christmas I slow cooked, amongst other things, a 7kg turkey... and it came out fantastic!!!!

The two SnPs need a definite overhaul this year, and hopefully then i will have somewhere to store them, as new accomodation will be sourced towards the end of the year!!
