I have a link somewhere to a set of plans for a backwoods clone if you fancy trying that kind of reverse flow cabinet thing. The smoke travels up an inner cavity then the convection currents cause it to drop and exit through a chimney opening at the bottom of the cooking chamber. Looks awesome, I don't know whether Spicewine's work a similar way.

I keep thinking a few people should club together to get Jay over here for a few weeks to build a few Spicewines :lol:
