Anyway, I refuse to buy it solely on the basis that you spelt it flavors. ;)

When I used to use chips before I became a pellet head then yes I would mix and match but from a mix of your 4 plus hickory, mesquite, pecan, olive, Juniper and ash.

I concluded the following preferences -
Beef Oak and Mesquite or oak and cherry
Pork pure hickory or hickory plus apple
Chicken pure cherry
Salmon pure Apple or pure Juniper
Lamb any kind of fruitwood and a little oak, pure olivewood all went ok this was one I never quite mastered

Now its easy
Beef pork or lamb GMG Gold
Everything else GMG fruitwood blend
Tried "single malt" wood chips and couldn't find anything to better the GMG blends
