Bought a Broil King Signet a few months ago and got into cooking steak properly. But you can't get the temp low enough, so bought a cheap offset from Homebase and modified it to keep the temp more stable. So far have cooked Pulled pork (13 hours), spareribs (4 hours) and yesterday a brisket (12 hours) and all have been beautiful so I've been bitten by the BBQ bug!!
I'm also looking to start or join a BBQ team!
