Thought I had already posted this, but can't find it, so here goes again. I have been using a Weber 57 kettle for about 20 years, but just did normal cooking and grilling and no smoking. Last week I bought a Kamado Joe, really happy with it. Did pizza on Sunday, but didn't read the bit about transferring from the peel, so was a bit of a mess, but cooked well and tasted great. Now looking to start on the road of smoking.
