Hi Everyone
As mentioned my name is Mark and i in Berkshire, UK. I have been grilling for a few years. Just the normal burgers,sausages etc etc. Have really been inspired to learn and develop the art of BBQ since getting into some TV shows on sky ( Food Network) over the past months.
I have a 3 burner gas BBQ and a retired old Outback 100 charcoal BBQ which im going to use now as a smoker.
Hope to pick up lots of tips and tricks as im a novice im my eyes, That said i can burn most things on a BBQ!!!
