Hello folks, My name is Darwin and it's good to see you back up and running. It seems I joined an old version of this forum a few years back, I remember MadCow. I see some of my stateside Brethren are here.

Welcome to the forum, the British BBQ Society has been running for just over a year and the forum is the latest addition, we are trying to centralise everything BBQ over this side of the pond and look forward to hearing any hints, tips and suggestions you may have.
