Long time barbecuer from North Shropshire signing in.
Currently using an Asda Big American Grill with lid for direct grilling and some beer can chicken but after having done a lot of research have just ordered (literally 5 minutes ago) a 57cm Weber Smokey Mountain. Looking forward to "low and slow" cooking.
Expect many questions (hopefully not too silly).
