Hi from east coast of USA! I just bought a kamado to add to collection:17 year old brinkmann offset smoker,Orion cooker,5 burner gasser,weber kettle Simpson's edition,and a Weber Q. I cut and season alder,cherry,white and red oak for smoking and cooking.Thought i would join up here for some new ideas and methods. I'm going to start reading the fourms now.
