Just thought I'd say hello! I'm new to this and love to BBQ!
Currently own a 57cm Weber Kettle, 37cm Weber Smokey Mountain and e310 Weber Gas bbq for when I'm lazy!
anyway, Just bought the WSM this weekend, as really wanted to start getting into smoking cuts of meat etc, although i've been trialling things like beer can chicken etc on the kettle.
What fuel would you recommend for a long and slow cook of say a brisket? and where locally does anyone know of any decent suppliers of either lump wood or briquettes as the local supermarket rubbish is more like dust and just nasty!
anyone also know any local lump wood chunk suppliers for various smokes?
