Hey everyone,
Just found this forum. Been bbqing for 18 months now on a weber 57cm master touch. Done a little bit of smoking via a bbq stacker with good results but have now added a wsm 47cm to push things a little further.
I have just found a local butchers which will do brisket at £5.99 a kg. is that a good price?
Thanks

Hi Jamie, welcome on board. Sounds like you've got a good setup there!
Yes , 5.99 is good, but it might be a little lean, which isn't so good. Possible, but not good. Lol. Let us know how it goes.
