My name is Sam and I have owned a three burner outback for a few years but this year I've taken the plunge and purchase a Weber master touch and a brinkmann smoker to get into the charcoal game.
I am an avid photographer so expect plenty of pictures!
This past weekend I had my first attempt at smoking ribs. It was only my second cook on the Weber. It took 4 hours but the ribs were tender and juicy. One problem was the smokey flavour from the cheap charcoal that I have had in my shed for a couple of years ruined them.
I will look forward to sharing my cooks along with my mods to my El Cheapo Brinkmann smoker.
