I've been bbq grilling for years and have now invested in a ProQ Frontier Elite after seeing reviews.
First I did 3 small Jerk chickens and a bunch of sausages which went well, second time out I tried 3 big pork shoulder joints on a camping trip, which was a disaster!
Tomorrow I'm trying ribs for the big footy kick off!
Anyway thought i'd say hi before I hopefully pick some experienced bbq brains
