Hi, I have been BBQing for 35 years, mainly on a Webber kettle. We never roast in the oven, whatever the weather. We always cook the Christmas turkey on the Webber. Just bought a Big Green Egg as our lifetime cooking treat. Hope we will never have to buy a BBQ again. I look forward to learning from posters here and exchanging views and techniques.
