Hi all,

Newbie to smoking meat, having recently bought a 22 Inch WSM. Currently on the look out for a second hand Offset Smoker to also experiment with; having recently read Aaron Franklin's book.

Any advice on where best to get untrimmed packer brisket cheaply (aside from the butchers) and the best charcoal/lump wood for use in the UK would be greatly appreciated. I hope to add value and advice on here as my experience and knowledge progresses.
