Hello all

Can anyone give me any advice/tips on doing a ham on a weber smokey mountain? I have been tasked to do the ham on Christmas day and I have no idea how to do it!

Thanks

I may have to try that. Not been allowed to get my hands on the turkey, so the family may allow me to do this. :)

Last year i too was banned from smoking the turkey but was allowed to to do the bacon joint on boxing day and I used this one http://bbqpitboys.com/recipes/holiday-h ... HunwTGsXao on a whole gammon from costco, i did modify it a bit to suit but basically the same. i skinned it, trimmed the fat cap down a bit and scored it horizontal and vertical down to the meat and sort of inch squares. Bit of rub and smoked until it was around 165 and did the full presentation bit with cherries, cloves and pineapple.
