Beef temderloin stew...sort of

Good old British Beef, you can't beat it! Of course Brisket is the American BBQ favorite but recipes for any cut are welcome here.

What no Holy Trinity, what would your Grandma say :D Not done a stew on the smoker, you've given me some inspiration for the perfect cold weather/BBQ combo

Looks great, as was the show, the casual way you waltzed to the smoker for the chicken n sausage was ace!!!!!

Now I understand the Dutch Oven topic, again not something I'd previously considered but now............
