Thanksgiving 2011 photos

Hi folks. I'm here in Florida visiting family and friends and enjoying Thanksgiving. This year we went to my sister's house on the St John's River near Palatka. I took my WSM up with me and did one of the turkeys and a couple of fattys. For the turkey I used the apple brine from the VWB site - http://virtualweberbullet.com/turkey6.html We had a large time.
