The Big BBQ is a one day summer festival combining BBQ competitions and top-class food with live music and family fun. We have brought together amazing food, drink and stalls from the UK’s best BBQ outlets for you to try across the site while listening to live sets from the best local bands. The Big BBQ is only open to the public on the 23rd June, PitMasters will commence cooking on the 22nd.

Full details will not be issued for this event until the end of the month due to awaiting confirmation of a particular prize.

They turn modern songs into fun american bluegrass. Perfect to while away an hour while smokin' a brisket and sippin' some cider.

Does anyone know when you are allowed to set up for the big BBQ comp?? are people turning up on the Thurs, Fri, Sat ??
Are there camping facilities??

What do you mean by camping facilities? Currently setup is on the Friday, but happy to hear any suggestions.

Is it more like grillstock or mayhem in may ? As need to sort out the sleeping situation, because I have a wife and two children to think about.
