Good Luck Crispy Critters!

Postby British BBQ Society » 20 Oct 2009, 13:46

All at the British BBQ Society would like to wish our Grand Champions “Crispy Critters UK” who will be competing in the 21st Annual Jack Daniel’s World Championship Invitational BBQ, in Lynchburg, Tennessee, on October 24, 2009 the best of luck.

Considered one of the most prestigious barbecue competitions in the world, the Jack Daniel’s Invitational will host more than 60 award-winning barbecue teams from the United States and several other countries. They’ll be competing in the categories of Pork Ribs, Pork Shoulder, Beef Brisket, Chicken, and Desserts. International teams enjoy being especially creative by entering their "Home Cookin’ from the Homeland,"

Thank you everybody for your support and cheers of encouragement. We've just got back to the UK, had a great time, apart from - crashing the hire car, getting no sleep, suffering hangover (getting too old), eating the worst breakfasts ever - The US needs a prize for that! and steaming the brisket, well we live and learn. If anyone wants to contact me please do. Warmest regards to everyone, Andy :D
