I understand BBQ Fanatics will be there, not sure about Smoking Penguin.

ive still got the .PDF and im going to put it to good use soon. ive almost completed my hybrid smoker. anotehr week or so and i'll do a post on here. its been 5 months in planning, i just hope it goes well. then after that im gonna make a smoker like the one you showed me,

im well excited for saturday, Grill stock put up on facebook earlier that there is a place in the rib eating contest so i put my self forward. i definately think i can eat my own weight in ribs in ten minutes EASY!! haha i should get a BBBQS t-shirt made up! they haven't got back to me yet though, fingers crossed.

Yeah keep an eye out for me and say hello.

So after the comp, we'll be looking for a cute purple haired young lady berating a tatooed, vest wearing, grinning fool with BBQ sauce all over his mush..................shouldn't be that hard to find ;) :lol:

If you get into the comp for Ribs I bet your vest will look like Rab C Nesbits after hard night being kicked round the pavements(How do you put the smiley thingys on posts! Anyway lots of the ones that laugh, and a few devils)
Look forward to meeting you all on Sat.
There are loads of posts on the net re double drum cookers and there are stove damper kits you can buy to control heat ,smoke etc.

Grill Stock are sending E-mails out to everyone today so fingers crossed that our first meeting will be you lot watching me do what i do best... scoffing hahaha :lol: :lol:

So am i looking for a bobble headed you on a motor bike or do you have a normal sized noggin?

i best have a shave i think ive gone all cave man lately. time to get out the cut throat and smarten up, actually i might leave it so i have some crumbs to eat on the way home lol.

i thought yesturday was thursday grr so its two more sleeps as of tonight...
