Ingredients
450g extra lean minced beef
70g French's® French Fried Onions
2 tbsp worcestershire sauce
1 garlic clove, minced
4 slices cheddar cheese
To serve:
4 burger buns, warmed on the grill
4 leaves Romaine lettuce
1 beef tomato, sliced
1 bottle French's Classic Yellow Mustard
Directions
1. Mix the beef, 30g French Fried Onions, worcestershire sauce and garlic. Shape into 4 burgers.
2. Grill burgers for about 10 mins or until cooked through in centre.
3. Top each burger with one slice cheddar cheese. Cook for 1 min until cheese melts.
4. Serve burgers on rolls with lettuce and tomatoes, if desired. Top each burger with the remaining French Fried Onions.
Tip: Serve with French's® Classic Yellow Mustard.
BBQ Tip
- Spice up your ordinary burger: Substitute ground beef with ground turkey and season with salt, pepper, garlic, and sage. Serve with French's Sweet Onion Relish for extra flavour.
