On the rare occasion I have leftover PP some of the things I have done with it are...
PP Lasagne
Use instead of beef in a Chilli, with chipotles of course
Pizza topping
As a pie filling with smoked chicken and chorizo
Mixed with some smoked, sliced bratwurst, small diced smoked gammon, diced Bavarian ham a little softened onion, softened garlic and just enough passata to bring it all together, served with spaetzle or matchstick spuds....this is probably my fave!...the hickory from the PP, the oak from the gammon and the beech from the ham and brats mixed with the onion, garlic and toms is just sublime, add the spaetzle or the spuds and it's almost etheral (in an Earthy kinda way!)
