Hi

Quick question... Can the cooking grates for the Pro Q Excel go into a dishwasher? I cleaned by hand but my sink is too small....

If you have a dishwasher they will fit. I have done them that way and it's fine.

A top technique I have used is to put them in a bin liner with an old towel, empty a full bottle of household ammonia in there and tie the bin bag up.

Leave for 24-36 hours, take out, wash down with a sponge. They come out like new!

I've used that oven pride stuff as well. It's a bag with some cleaning stuff you pour in. A more expensive version of Adie's amonia technique.

I do my grills when I'm doing the oven.
