I have some family coming over from california and my inlaws to the house on Monday. I am looking for somewhere to get about 6 nice baby back racks quick. I usually get them from my local butcher but he cant get them in time and plus hus are not that great. I really want some nice quality ones. I will be going to pick up my family tomorrow from heathrow so I could travel a ways. I live in Loncoln. If anyone can help please let me know,. thanks.

thanks for the advice guys, I went to marko but they where out of ribs sadly. But right before I took the journey to cosco I decided to look online at butchers in lincoln and found a place called elite meats. I called he said "no proplem, you want them nice and meaty?" I finally found my butcher!!

thats good to hear....Costco and sams club or Makro and Bookers are OK but We should try to support local butchers as much as possible for that personal touch

I totally agree, we own a pub and always use the local butcher. He does really good meat but sadly not great baby backs. I think that is my favorite thing about moving over here to the UK is all the quality local butchers and meat, and of course the amazing weather
