The 202 boxed spare ribs (493759) I last had were ok, easy to remove the membrane from and decent size racks, they went down well. I've not tried the semi-meaty ribs yet, but I'm going to try those next to see if they are a good compromise between the other two.

Hi John, where are they from, Macro?

Booker/Makro. They are the same company.

So can I go into a booker store with a Makro card?

You can use your Makro card to order online at Booker, so I wouldn't see why they wouldn't create you a Booker membership. Luckily for me, here in Nottingham, Booker and Makro are on the same road.

They seem to sell the exact same meats at both from what I can see at the respective web pages.
