Just been to Booker and was told I need to register separately. It is strictly wholesale only. Might have to get my wife to register or something.

These are from a £22 box

So, I would say buy a box of £22, and be prepared to do 10 racks of ribs (you can freeze them once cooked) and make your own mind up, I don't think you'll regret it matey

:D

They don't look too bad at all. The ones I saw were really scalped, no different to supermarket ones. That's all they had in my Makro only 1 option.

I'd defo but the ones in the photo.

So were they Makro or Booker?

Were the 30 quid jobbies just bigger racks or more meaty?

Just rang my local Makro and they don't have the belvedere ribs. Nor were they especially helpful when asked if they could get them in.

If you are ever in the London area - i'd recommend popping in for a gander. It is a very very professionally run operation (certainly more than Hoo Hing), and they have fantastic in-store restaurants. Top class and all 5 star rated by the food standards agency. They sell beef ribs and brisket there too - best prices i've seen.

London is an hour away. Seen it online and looks good.

Signed up with booker today anyway so can get the ribs now. :)

Other than that it looks like makro with all the chefs larder stuff.
