No doesn't come with pellets but any "food" grade will do. I use the ones from American BBQ co that I use for my GMG DB but you could use chips as well, not tried it though. but its a pretty simple design its quite surprising how simple it is!

Hmm, I have a big bag of beech wood chips - perhaps i'll give it ago. I'm going to put this down on my xmas/bday gift list and hopefully the family will pick up on it :)

to be honest I bet you can put a couple of decent briquettes or lump in the fire tray to get going and then pellets. I might just give it a try. As the Mark 2 doesn't have a fan there is now no chance of blowing and dust on the Pizza :D

Indeed - it looks like the VERY large chimney creates enough of a draught to keep this thing pumping. Very simple and very clever.
