Brisket been on for 12 hours now.

Maybe another hour to go still.

Just taken it off after 13 1/2 hours

My briskets have gone for a similar amount of time and are wrapped and resting in the cool box.

sounds about right just wrap it and let it rest and do its thing!

The point seems too small though... gonna be hardly any meat on this



Tasted nice, for my first brisket, next time my rub will just be salt and pepper I think. I love the taste of beef so adding sugar, paprika and chilli powder took away from that.

Can't go wrong with a classic salt and pepper rub!
