Porterhouse steaks on the bone

Just a bit of a heads up really,just got two heavily reduced Porterhouse joints on the bone from Waitrose today as they go out of date today. One was £9 reduced from £22 and the other £6 down from £17. Going to stick one on the smoker for a reverse sear type cook on Wednesday for my birthday so I'll let you know how they go.

Don't think I'd pay full price for one but at that discount it's worth keeping an eye out in your local shop to see if they have them. They also do nice beef short ribs too.
