Smoking the New Year In?

Postby All Weather Griller » 30 Dec 2010, 10:18

Just wondered if any of the forum members are doing anything to smoke the new year in?

I will be doing a few racks of spares for some snacks round at the neighbours, we have a small box of fireworks, and a couple of bottles of Gentleman Jack. We're gonna practice a dessert and may a few double bakes. This is becoming a tradition for us now.

Let us know if your smoking in the year.

In contrast to the main news items on Sky, I intend to smoke more in 2011 not give up, there ain't no patch big enough to help m e quit LOL!!!!!

Now that's cool. The problem we have now is we don't know if we're responding to Alice or the "Recipient" LOL,

I take it that Frontier is getting it's baptism of fire. Hope to see you guys at Mayhem in May, their should be an impressive line up with a load of new teams again this year.

Oh yeah--I see the confusion....Alice chewing and smoking.

Kelvin (recipient) getting hooked too I can tell. Mayhem in May??? We've gotta do bootcamp first -- hoping to do that one in March. :? Frontier is getting a serious workout in meantime.

Mayhem in May is the first comp of the season. The boot camp isn't essential to compete but it will really help you with techniques and flavour profiles etc.

Always good fun here's a link to my pics from the last one - http://s280.photobucket.com/albums/kk17 ... 0in%20May/
