Old Weber E-210 with horizontal gas burners
Posted: 24 Apr 2016, 19:39I acquired a Weber Spirit E-210 (3711174) from eBay a few weeks ago as it was fairly cheap. I wanted a Gas grill for those quick and easy cooks.
It appears my version is the old one with horizontal burners, which makes zonal cooking a little trickier. I understand the newer ones are split vertically making the cooking area 'left and right'...
Anyone know of any mods/methods of improving this? or am I just overthinking this?
