Northern Canadian BBQ

We kind of take our BBQ pretty seriously here. Nothing like a glass of rum and coke while tending the pit. This picture was taken on a frozen river in northern Manitoba, only about 300 km from Hudson's Bay. I had one of my cookers loaded on a sleigh and pulled with my snowmobile.

On the way out to the cabin, the cooker served a second purpose. Great beer cooler.

I think there should be a picture of the month. That would get January's vote for me!
