Where are folks buying meat at the moment? Any online butchers that will do London deliveries to recommend?

I pretty much use Tom Hixson. Like his pork butt, his Aussie brisket was good the couple of times I've had it. The iberico ribs are very nice. The Uruguayan onglet was fantastic on the Yoder when set up for direct grilling although it is a huge bit of meat so best for saving for a few people.

They currently sell a smoker box for £122 which has all you want for an absolute feast.

I've used tomhixson.co.uk before - very impressed with them. They do seem to offer excellent meat, very reasonably priced.
The Australian Grain fed rump, British Bavette, mince and iberico ribs are sensational. So is the Uruguayan rump.

Just wandering if there was anyone else...

Another vote for Tom Hixson....I have done the Pork Butt and Bavette, both fantastic cuts of meat on the Kamado Joe

Turner and George will deliver free in London or go and see them and have a nose about.
Failing that get yourself to Smithfield early one morning and go and see Tom Hixson and get stuff a lot cheaper than online.

If you are planning to go to Smithfields, most of the trading has ceased by 07:00-07:30, would plan to get there a lot earlier. If you come by car, then you want to be out before 07:00 to miss the congestion charge.
