Well finally got to dust off the Weber Go Anywhere this weekend after the start of the caravan season and get some heat going.
The family were pleased with the Chicken Thighs and breasts and Mrs Mac and I were delighted at the 1.5" cut ribeye that was done to perfection.
Basic seasoning on all, chicken seared then off the high and the ribeye on direct high to perfection and the view of a floodlit Bamburgh Castle made it even better.
A couple of bottles of the dog made the night!! WOOF!!
