Paella on the BBQ

Today i decided to create a Paella on the BBQ adding a bit of smoke, they say a picture tells a thousand words so this will be about 19,000 words long, the pics are of the whole process, if you have any questions please feel free to ask. Will probably post the process tomorrow.
