Of course
We organise, without question, the biggest BBQ competitions in the country and are committed to raising the profile of all forms of BBQ from low and slow to grilling.
Our year on year growth speaks for itself, since formation we have increased our public audience by at least 50% per year offering teams and sponsors maximum exposure.
2010 50% growth
2011 66.6% growth
2012 160% growth
Percentage figures are all very well, it’s the numbers of visitors that count, and in 2012 we will be holding events in front of 130,000 people throughout the UK, almost 10 times bigger than any other organiser. This is likely to increase with the addition of further competitions during the year.
We appear in National newspapers but to name one medium, and are currently working with 2 different TV productions companies.
Over the last 12 months across our portfolio we have seen a 50% increase in web traffic including
an average 7,000 unique visitors per month to our web sites
Over 1200 unique Facebook followers
Over 1300 unique Twitter followers
In 2011, competitions were held in front of 50,000 spectators
In 2012, with our new venues (based on 2011 figures) we have 130,000 potential spectators
I think that is a pretty strong case.
