Stuffed Pork Burger

Here is a pic of one of our homemade Pork Burgers...

Made using the same method as the turkey burgers here

but not using the stuffing in the burger mix.

Apologies for not having a full on break down with lots of picture in this thread.........

So, here they are Stuffed Pork Burgers......

The first one was stuffed with a stuffing mix

Here is the one stuffed with Mozzarella........

and finally, an uncut Burger... here you can se how thick they are. The burger sections couldve been slightly thinner to make the whole thing not so thick, but cooked slowly, this didnt seem to matter.......

Can't beat a good pork burger, I like it with sage and apple mixed in, might have to make some this weekend now
